Reglamento<\/span><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

I. ORGANIZACI\u00d3N, LUGAR Y FECHAS<\/strong><\/span>
ANIMA2026, XV Festival Internacional de Animaci\u00f3n de C\u00f3rdoba<\/em>, es organizado conjuntamente por la Facultad de Artes de la Universidad Nacional de C\u00f3rdoba a trav\u00e9s de su Centro Experimental de Animaci\u00f3n (CEAn); el Espacio Curricular Animaci\u00f3n de la Universidad Nacional de Villa Mar\u00eda; y la Secretar\u00eda de Extensi\u00f3n Universitaria de la UNC. La organizaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 contar con colaboraciones institucionales y apoyos adicionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ANIMA2026 tendr\u00e1 lugar en C\u00f3rdoba, Argentina, en modalidad presencial, del 13 al 17 de Octubre<\/strong> y sedes que ser\u00e1n informadas por los canales oficiales del Festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

II. OBJETIVOS<\/strong><\/span>
Los objetivos principales del Festival son:
\u25cf Favorecer el reconocimiento del arte de la animaci\u00f3n en sus m\u00faltiples dimensiones: t\u00e9cnicas, estil\u00edsticas, como producto social, como bien cultural, etc.
\u25cf Generar un espacio de encuentro, reflexi\u00f3n e intercambio entre los distintos sectores que, desde sus respectivas actividades, aportan a esta industria cultural.
\u25cf Promover la actualizaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica regional.
\u25cf Estimular la producci\u00f3n, distribuci\u00f3n y exhibici\u00f3n de animaciones realizadas en \u00e1mbitos acad\u00e9micos.
\u25cf Fomentar instancias de capacitaci\u00f3n espec\u00edficas en el \u00e1rea de animaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

III. SOBRE LOS TRABAJOS<\/strong><\/span>
El Festival se encuentra abierto a la exhibici\u00f3n de obras de animaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de cualquier t\u00e9cnica, g\u00e9nero, tem\u00e1tica, formato y soporte (cine, video, televisi\u00f3n, Internet, smartphones, VR, AR, fulldome, etc.). Especial inter\u00e9s se presta a los trabajos innovadores y a producciones de estudiantes. La participaci\u00f3n es abierta a producciones de cualquier lugar del mundo, con \u00e9nfasis en Am\u00e9rica Latina. No existe un l\u00edmite al n\u00famero de obras que el participante desee enviar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No hay costo de inscripci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

S\u00f3lo se aceptar\u00e1n trabajos realizados con posterioridad al 1\/1\/2025<\/strong>, y que no hayan sido seleccionados en alguna edici\u00f3n anterior del Festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Festival en ning\u00fan caso abonar\u00e1 derechos de exhibici\u00f3n (screening fees).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se reciben largometrajes Latinoamericanos \u00fanicamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los trabajos deber\u00e1n inscribirse en una de las siguientes categor\u00edas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cortometrajes<\/strong><\/span>
Cortometrajes animados de hasta 20 minutos de duraci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cortometraje en Estudiantes\/Gradaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span>
Cortometrajes animados de estudiantes en curso, o producidos en un proceso de formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica, de hasta 20 minutos de duraci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Videoclips animados<\/strong><\/span>
Piezas musicales con animaci\u00f3n, realizados de manera independiente o por encargo.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Series animadas (Cap\u00edtulo Piloto)<\/strong><\/span>
Piezas de animaci\u00f3n seriada, en todo caso se recibir\u00e1 el cap\u00edtulo piloto de la serie<\/strong>.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Animaci\u00f3n XR<\/strong><\/span>
Experiencias animadas en formatos VR \/360\u00b0\/fulldome\/interactiva (ver requisitos t\u00e9cnicos).<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Premio Cacho\u00edto<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Premio Cacho\u00edto es otorgado por ANIMA a personalidades o colectivos de la animaci\u00f3n argentina, para honrar los logros de su trayectoria o la realizaci\u00f3n de acciones transformadoras para la comunidad de la animaci\u00f3n argentina. Recibe su nombre en honor a Miguel de Lorenzi, quien fuera un importante dise\u00f1ador y animador de C\u00f3rdoba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Premios Independientes<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los Premios Independientes son otorgados por entidades audiovisuales externas al Festival. Su otorgamiento ser\u00e1 definido en cada caso por la organizaci\u00f3n de ANIMA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V. Proceso de Inscripci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span>
La inscripci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma Film Freeway, a trav\u00e9s del link https:\/\/filmfreeway.com\/animafestival<\/a> . <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los idiomas oficiales del Festival son espa\u00f1ol e ingl\u00e9s. En el caso que su pel\u00edcula incluya di\u00e1logos en alguna otra lengua, deber\u00e1 estar subtitulada en alguno de estos idiomas. Preferentemente en Espa\u00f1ol.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ATENCI\u00d3N > <\/strong>A los fines de la preselecci\u00f3n, las pel\u00edculas deber\u00e1n ser accesibles online y en streaming en FilmFreeway (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.). Las obras de Animaci\u00f3n XR deber\u00e1n estar disponibles mediante un link de descarga o acceso (build\/demo) y un video de referencia. NO ENV\u00cdE UN DVD. NO ENV\u00cdE UN ARCHIVO. En el caso de series, s\u00f3lo deber\u00e1 enviar el cap\u00edtulo piloto.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

VI. Selecci\u00f3n y exhibici\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los Organizadores no se comprometen a la difusi\u00f3n de la totalidad del material receptado. La curadur\u00eda de las Muestras y su car\u00e1cter Competitivo o No Competitivo ser\u00e1 competencia de la Direcci\u00f3n Art\u00edstica del Festival, y las decisiones al respecto ser\u00e1n inapelables. Si el participante no desea que su pel\u00edcula sea considerada para Muestras No Competitivas, deber\u00e1 indicarlo marcando el casillero correspondiente en la Ficha de Inscripci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Todos aquellos autores cuyos trabajos sean seleccionados para la exhibici\u00f3n, tanto en las Categor\u00edas Competitivas como en las No Competitivas, recibir\u00e1n un Certificado digital de Participaci\u00f3n en la Muestra, los laureles y el Cat\u00e1logo del Festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los resultados del proceso de selecci\u00f3n ser\u00e1n informados en la fecha indicada en FilmFreeway y\/o en el sitio oficial del Festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si su pel\u00edcula fuera seleccionada, le solicitaremos un archivo en alta definici\u00f3n para la proyecci\u00f3n, subt\u00edtulos en formato .srt, fotograf\u00edas y dem\u00e1s material para promoci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el caso de la categor\u00eda Animaci\u00f3n XR, tambi\u00e9n coordinaremos las particularidades para la presentaci\u00f3n. La no presentaci\u00f3n de los materiales solicitados en la fecha l\u00edmite para la que se lo solicite, implicar\u00e1 la inmediata descalificaci\u00f3n de la inscripci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sugerimos que el env\u00edo de estos archivos sea mediante descarga v\u00eda Internet (por ejemplo, Google Drive o WeTransfer). El Festival no pagar\u00e1 en ning\u00fan caso tasa alguna ocasionada por el env\u00edo de las copias. Los participantes autorizan al Festival a utilizar fragmentos de las pel\u00edculas seleccionadas (no m\u00e1s del 10% de la duraci\u00f3n, y hasta 30 segundos como m\u00e1ximo) con fines de difusi\u00f3n del festival en diversos medios audiovisuales<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VII. ITINERANCIA<\/strong><\/span>
La organizaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 exhibir los cortometrajes seleccionados con posterioridad al festival como parte de las Muestras Itinerantes del mismo. Estas exhibiciones podr\u00e1n ser p\u00fablicas o privadas y realizarse en cualquier parte del mundo, por el festival o por terceros, pero \u00fanicamente en forma gratuita y con fines educativos y\/o culturales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VIII. FECHA L\u00cdMITE<\/strong><\/span>
La convocatoria permanecer\u00e1 abierta hasta la fecha indicada en FilmFreeway y en los canales oficiales del Festival. A partir de dicha fecha no se considerar\u00e1 elegible ning\u00fan trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IX. MENCIONES<\/strong><\/span>
Los productores y directores de las pel\u00edculas premiadas se comprometen a mencionar el Premio y el nombre \u201cANIMA 2026, XIV Festival Internacional de Animaci\u00f3n de C\u00f3rdoba\u201d en los cr\u00e9ditos de su pel\u00edcula, sitio web y en toda la documentaci\u00f3n relacionada a la misma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

X. ACERCA DE LOS DERECHOS DE AUTOR<\/strong><\/span>
Las obras que utilicen im\u00e1genes y\/o sonidos preexistentes ser\u00e1n aceptadas bajo la responsabilidad del participante, en lo que ata\u00f1e a derechos originales con respecto a terceros. Los participantes se har\u00e1n responsables por los reclamos de cualquier naturaleza que terceros pudieran hacer respecto a su aporte en la producci\u00f3n, derechos de autor, de inclusi\u00f3n, de int\u00e9rpretes, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

XI. ACEPTACI\u00d3N DE LAS BASES<\/strong><\/span>
Todos los participantes, por el s\u00f3lo hecho de serlo, aceptan \u00edntegramente estas bases. En caso de cualquier problema no contemplado por las mismas, \u00e9ste ser\u00e1 resuelto por los Organizadores considerando la versi\u00f3n en espa\u00f1ol del presente reglamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rules and Regulations<\/span><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

I. ORGANIZATION, PLACE AND DATE<\/span><\/strong>
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ANIMA2026, the 15th C\u00f3rdoba International Animation Festival<\/em>, is jointly organized by the Faculty of Arts of the National University of C\u00f3rdoba through its Experimental Animation Center (CEAn); the Animation Curriculum Space of the National University of Villa Mar\u00eda; and the UNC University Extension Secretariat. The organization may receive institutional collaborations and additional support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ANIMA2026 will take place in C\u00f3rdoba, Argentina, in person, from October 13 to 17<\/strong>, at venues to be announced through the Festival’s official channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

II. OBJECTIVES<\/strong><\/span>
The Festival\u2019s main objectives are:
\u25cf To favour the recognition of the art of animation in its many dimensions: technical, stylistic, as a social product, as a cultural asset, etc.
\u25cfTo generate a meeting point for reflection, encounter and exchange among the different areas that, from their particular activities, contribute to this cultural industry.
\u25cf To promote regional technological development.
\u25cf To stimulate the production, distribution and exhibition of animations made in academic instances.
\u25cf To promote specific training instances in the field of animation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

III. ABOUT THE ENTRIES<\/strong><\/span>
The Festival is open to animated works<\/strong> of any technique, genre, theme, format, and medium (film, video, television, Internet, smartphones, VR, AR, fulldome, etc.). Special interest is given to innovative works and student productions. Participation is open to productions from anywhere in the world, with an emphasis on Latin America. There is no limit to the number of works that participants may submit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is no entry fee.<\/span><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Only works produced after January 1, 2025<\/strong>, and that have not been selected in any previous edition of the Festival will be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under no circumstances will the Festival pay screening fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only Latin American feature films will be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Films should register under one of the following categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Short Films<\/strong><\/strong><\/span>
Animated short films up to 20 minutes in length<\/em><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Student\/Graduation Short Films<\/strong><\/strong><\/span>
Animated short films by current students, or produced as part of an academic program, up to 20 minutes in length<\/em><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Animated Music Videos<\/strong><\/strong><\/span>
Animated<\/em><\/em> music videos, made independently or on commission<\/em><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Animated Series (Pilot Episode)<\/strong><\/strong><\/span>
Animated series; in all cases, the pilot episode of the series will be accepted<\/em><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

XR Animation<\/strong><\/strong><\/span>
Animated experiences in VR\/360\u00b0\/fulldome\/interactive formats (see technical requirements)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Latin American feature films<\/strong><\/strong><\/span>
Animated series; in all cases, the pilot episode of the series will be accepted<\/em><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If deemed appropriate, the Juries may also award Special Jury Mentions, or deem vacant any award. All decisions of the Juries are final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cacho\u00edto Award<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Cacho\u00edto Award is given away by ANIMA to Argentine animation personalities or collectives, to honor either its lifetime achivements in animation or the undertaking of transformative actions to the Argentine animation community. It receives its name in honor of the late Miguel \u2018Cacho\u00edto\u2019 de Lorenzi, who was a groundbreaking designer, animator and educator from C\u00f3rdoba, Argentina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Independent Awards<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Independent Awards are awarded by audiovisual entities other from the ANIMA. The granting of these will be defined in each case by the ANIMA organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

V. ENTRY PROCEDURES<\/strong><\/span>
Entries should be registered through Film Freeway\u2019s Platform at https:\/\/filmfreeway.com\/animafestival<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Festival\u2019s official languages are Spanish and English. If the film has dialogue in another language, the entrant must submit for selection a subtitled copy in either Spanish or English.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PLEASE NOTE><\/strong> For the purposes of pre-selection, films must be accessible online and streamable on FilmFreeway (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.). XR animation works must be available via a download or access link (build\/demo) and a reference video. DO NOT SEND A DVD. DO NOT SEND A FILE. In the case of series, only the pilot episode should be submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

VI. SELECTION AND EXHIBITION<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Organizers do not undertake to disseminate all of the material received. The curation of the Exhibitions and their Competitive or Non-Competitive nature will be the responsibility of the Festival’s Artistic Direction, and decisions in this regard will be final. If the participant does not want their film to be considered for non-competitive screenings, they must indicate this by checking the corresponding box on the Registration Form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All authors whose works are selected for screening, both in the competitive and non-competitive categories, will receive a digital Certificate of Participation in the Screening, the laurels, and the Festival Catalog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The results of the selection process will be announced on the date indicated on FilmFreeway and\/or on the official Festival website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your film is selected, we will request a high-definition file for screening, subtitles in .srt format, photographs, and other promotional material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the case of the XR Animation category, we will also coordinate the specifics for the presentation. Failure to submit the requested materials by the deadline will result in immediate disqualification of the entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We suggest that these files be sent via Internet download (e.g., Google Drive or WeTransfer). Under no circumstances will the Festival pay any fees incurred for sending copies. Participants authorize the Festival to use excerpts from the selected films (no more than 10% of the running time, and up to a maximum of 30 seconds) for the purpose of promoting the festival in various audiovisual media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VII. OTHER SCREENINGS<\/strong><\/span>
The organizers may exhibit the selected short films after the festival as part of touring exhibition programs. These screenings may be public or private, and be held anywhere in the world by the festival itself or by third parties, but only with free admittance and on cultural or educational purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VIII. DEADLINE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The call for entries will remain open until the date indicated on FilmFreeway and the Festival’s official channels. After that date, no further entries will be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IX. MENTIONS<\/strong><\/span>
The producers and directors of the awarded films undertake to mention the Award and the name \u201cANIMA 2026, XV International Animation Festival of C\u00f3rdoba\u201d in the credits of their film, website and in all related documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

X. ABOUT COPYRIGHT ISSUES<\/strong><\/span>
Works that use pre-existing images and\/or sounds will be accepted under the responsibility of the participant, in terms of original rights with respect to third parties. Participants will be responsible for any claims of any nature that third parties may make regarding their contribution to the production, copyright, inclusion, performers, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

XI. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS<\/strong><\/span>
All participants, just by sending an entry to the Festival, fully accept these Rules and Regulations. Should any problem arise, it will be solved by the Organizers considering the Spanish version of these Rules and Regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
